By installing or using Sky Diving X you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Sky Diving X on devices you own or control, as permitted by the store you installed it from. See the EULA.

Membership

Subscribe ($1.99 a month or $10.99 a year). This one is an auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple or GoogleAppleGoogle account at confirmation of purchase. It renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in your device's subscription settings (iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions; Android: Play Store → Subscriptions)(Settings → your name → Subscriptions)(Play Store → Subscriptions). Prices may vary by region and may change with notice; you may cancel before a change takes effect.

In-app purchases

One-time purchases are processed by Apple or GoogleAppleGoogle and unlock content in the game. They are tied to the store account that bought them and can be restored on your other devices signed in with that account.

Acceptable use

Do not reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the game, use it unlawfully, or interfere with its operation.

Disclaimer and liability

The game is provided "as is" without warranties to the maximum extent the law allows. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud, or any right you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the game or on this page, and continued use after the change means acceptance.
