End-user licence agreement

This EULA is between you and Reallexi LLC. If you installed from the App Store, Apple's Standard EULA also applies and prevails where it conflicts.

Grant

A limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to install and use Sky Diving X for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you control.

Restrictions

No copying (beyond normal use), modification, reverse engineering, rental, lease, sublicensing or distribution, except where the law expressly permits it.

Ownership

Sky Diving X, its code, art, audio and trademarks remain the property of Reallexi LLC and its licensors.

Termination

This licence ends if you breach it or when you delete the game. Apple and Google areApple isGoogle is not responsible for the game or for any claim relating to it; they are third-party beneficiariesit is a third-party beneficiaryit is a third-party beneficiary of this EULA and may enforce it.
