Refund policy

All purchases are made through Apple and GoogleAppleGoogle, so refunds are handled by themAppleGoogle — not by us. We never receive your payment details and cannot charge or refund your card directly.

How to request one

• Apple (App Store): reportaproblem.apple.com, or Settings → your name → Media & Purchases → Purchase History.
• Google (Play): Play Store → Menu → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & order history, or Google's refund page.

Statutory rights — including the EU/UK 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases — always apply. If a store declines a refund you believe is owed, write to admin@reallexi.io and we will help.

Cancelling a membership stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund the current period unless the store or the law says otherwise.
